Will you be opening enrollment again at a later date?
We plan to re-open enrollment for The Creative Way in 2023, however this is not guaranteed.
Can I enroll in one package and upgrade later?
Yes, however you will have to wait until a future enrollment period to upgrade. For example, you may enroll in Silver edition now and then upgrade to Gold or Platinum during the next enrollment period. When you upgrade you will only pay the cost difference between the two editions.
What course materials will I get when I enroll?
The Creative Way course contains TWO kinds of materials: physical and digital. You will receive physical workbooks, which we will print and mail to you after enrollment closes. You will also receive access to the Creative Way online learning center where you will be able to download or stream the audio lessons. The audio is formatted so you can listen and learn on the go, during your commute, while you fold laundry, whatever. You will not receive physical CD's. All audio materials are streamed online and provided as downloadable MP3's that can be played on any digital device.
Can I enroll if I don't live in the United States?
Absolutely. The Creative Way is open to everyone. Please understand, though, that all course materials that ship internationally may experience delays beyond our control. There be pirates out there, we hear. So please be patient if you live in the far flung places of this beautiful third rock from the sun. : )
What happens after I purchase The Creative Way?
After enrollment officially closes, we will ship everyone's course materials. All course materials will be shipped using FedEx and UPS (International). Domestic (US) orders will be mailed using 5-day delivery and international orders can take longer depending on where you live. Once we ship your course materials, we will email a tracking number so you can keep tabs on its journey!
I don't think I'm ready to enroll yet. Can I wait and buy in a few months?
Unfortunately, no. The Creative Way course is only available for purchase until 11:59p Pacific Time on August 3rd. After that, the course closes until next year. This limited availability has a purpose: to help you take action and choose yourself. If you're not ready for this journey, that's okay. But we won't accept new registrations after enrollment closes.
What if I can't pay for the course all at once?
We have a solution for that. : ) All three packages--Silver, Gold, and Platinum--have payment plan options that allow you to spread the course tuition over six (6) monthly payments.

Does this course include 1-on-1 coaching or a chance to meet Ted?
How much time will I have to submit my work to Erin Healy? (Platinum only)
If you enroll in the Platinum Edition, you will have the opportunity for 1-on-1 coaching with Erin Healy, Ted's longtime editor. The details of what you can expect can be found under the Platinum Edition section of this website. Due to the hands-on nature of the work, all of your editorial coaching with Erin must be completed within the timeframe set by Erin . After enrollment, Erin will contact you directly with step by step details about the coaching schedule and your exact deadlines.
What if I enroll, but decide it isn't for me?
We created this course because we believe deeply that these principles, if you apply them, will transform not only your writing, but your life. However, we do offer a thirty (30) day, money back guarantee. You simply need to email support@thecreativeway.com to let us know you want a refund, and then return your course materials. To be fair to those who do go through the course, we will not issue a refund until all course materials have been returned.
